Your information on cranberries was very informative. Do you have any suggestions on black marks on of the complexion or could that be caused by smoking

Dr Baumann, I was hoping you can provide a guideline for teen's skincare and toddlers. Don’t forget not only just adults are your audiences, teenagers are yours as well.

The article about cranberries being healthy for your skin was a great and very unexpected solution to healthy skin. Oh! it also works wonders especially for the winter season. I think i'll come up with my own little concocsion. Thanks, Dr.Baumann; your Great!! SMOOCHES!!

i agree cranberries being an antioxidant.i occasionally use frozen cranberries with other highly recommended antioxidant fruits such as blueberries, strawberries, pomegrantes with other citrus fruits to make a wonderful health drink.with the addition of acai berry you couldn't find a more nutrious drink.
