Hello Doc, The more I read of your articles, the more I know I am on the right track. We have been working with skin care by ages for a while. Margaret

She fails to mention that the 30's is also when your hormones start to change the most, causing breakouts. No oily formulas for me, I would be zit city with that!!

Ya know I'm not into this girly crap so none of it made any sense to me. Why can't we all just wash our faces with soap like they did in the past? No one's face fell off because they didn't use all these products and put on makeup besides. Not that I am a naturalist in any sense of the word but if people would stop gunking up their faces maybe they wouldn't need articles like this.

I have always gotten compliments on my skin. I don't wash my face with anything that a bar of soap in the shower. I shave with the same soap, and I use ZERO skin care products. If I have dry skin I put some olive oil on. Skin care is an industry and much of it does nothing but slowly poison you.

I have a prescription for Retin-A Micro. Is this too powerful to assist in the anti-aging process?

It is a shame that after suggesting us a healthy diet, which is awesome, she had to ruin the article saying that BOTOX (a horrible virus that ruins the muscles and is extra toxic) is good. Or products like Oil of Olay, there is obviously some agenda behind this article, very sad indeed to see people are more into money than the well being, in this case or woman. Ladies, please use products that have pure ingredients, not abrasives!!!! No true guru would tell you that something so toxic is good!

So the sun avoidance in your 20's may make you about 40%+ more susceptible to debilitating diseases to include about 18 types of cancer. Do your research, most derms are persuaded by big pharm who dictate what products you use daily.

Hi, Useful suggestions. I wonder if IPL is effective. I mean, I underwent treatment and noticed no difference at all regarding my broken vessels (tiny but noticeable ones) on my nose. It didn't work for removing a sun spot on my cheeck either (was I just unlucky and the treatment was not well done? under what conditions does it work?) Could you pls name skin care products containing the substances mentioned above. Thanks in advance

I'm really surprised drinking lots of water is not in this. Something tells me the water works isn't paying Dr. Baumann as much as the makers of Botox, lol.
