Learn From Miley's Mistake

Miley Cyrus's parents (both of whom have been very vocal about their Christian morals) should never have allowed their young daughter to pose for these scandalous pictures.

As parents,we have the responsibility to guide our young children's decisions, even when it comes to self-expression and sexuality. Research has shown that young teens do not have a fully developed frontal cortex (which is the part of the brain that is responsible for decision making and judgment), so even if a teen's body is fully developed and ready for sex physically, that doesn't mean that she is ready emotionally or mentally.

Can Hearing Loss Harm Your Marriage?

Beg your pardon?
According to a recent study released by Energizer Battery, nearly half of all respondents feel that their marriage has suffered due to their partner's hearing loss. And since more than 28 million Americans now suffer from some type of hearing impairment, this is an issue with which many couples are contending.

The Truth About Safe Sex

Sex education has reached an all-time low in Florida. A recent survey has found that 1 in 4 Florida teens believe that drinking a capful of bleach after sex can prevent HIV and that a shot of Mountain Dew can prevent pregnancy. To make matters worse, it was also found that Florida teens believe that smoking marijuana can prevent pregnancy as well.

How can so many teens be so mistaken about the realities (and the dangers) of sex?

Women Aroused by Men Doing Housework

Say goodbye to French maid costumes. If you want to increase the amount of sex in your relationship, hand the duster to your man!

A recent survey featured in Parenting magazine has found that 15% of women are aroused when their partners pitch in around the house. Additionally, a 2006 study found that men who helped with household chores were more attractive to their spouses.

Why is this? Well, aside from the fact that some of us simply enjoy the sight of a man in an apron, it could be that women love their own version of Mr. Clean because it gives us a chance to take a much-needed break. Even though the majority of women now work outside the home, most of us still perform the bulk of household chores.

How to Get Past an Affair

Is it possible to regain trust and intimacy after a relationship has been marred by infidelity? This question has become increasingly important as recent statistics have shown that young people are cheating on their significant others in record rates. Indeed, a recent survey performed in Australia has found that one-third of people aged 18 to 25 have cheated on their romantic partners.
How do you make a relationship work after this type of heartbreak? Well, it depends on who you ask. Cheryl Cole, singer of British pop group, Girls Aloud, has reportedly taken back her cheating husband on one condition: No sex for six months!

Video Games Increase Libido

I have never been a fan of video games. I always believed they turn people's brains into mush and create inactive, unhealthy children. Indeed, video games even create problems within relationships. When people come home from work and spend more time with their computer and video games than they do with their spouses, problems are bound to arise.
So you can imagine my surprise when a friend of mine told me that Wii (pronounced weē) is not only her kids' favorite pastime -- it also saved her marriage!

Spice Up Your Sex Life

Charge your batteries and unite!

Thanks to a federal appeals court ruling, it is now no longer illegal to sell, promote, or distribute sex toys in the Lone Star state. Hopefully, the lift on this sex toy ban will help remove the stigma that is sometimes associated with sex toys. Sex toys often get a bad rap, generally due to incorrect reasoning.

This country has allowed a woman's sexual history to determine our definition of rape for far too long. Rape is rape - no matter how many sexual partners a woman has had.
