I know we love to abrieviate, but I have to say I am LMAO at the VD one or even SVD. I agree we are a month away, but I actually saw them getting St Paddy's Day stuff out at one store yesterday - that's March (a Saturday this year, BTW) - a holiday I like better that V'day, but still WTF - it's like seeing Christmas stuff at Halloween, LOL.

The only thing I like to see coming out early are the bathing suits/ I saw my first set at "Tarchee", you know Target..It makes me feel like summer is just around the corner. I always coach myself to make it through January. It truly is THE worst month of the year for me. Just tooooo cold in Chicago...coco

I remember when VD was NOT something to anticipate and look forward to. LOL In those days, all the cool people hung out at the VD clinic! Of course, in those days a pill or a shot took care of everything.

I don't care for January too much either. Its laying off the fudge and getting that body moving and ready for them bathing suits. Im never tempted with Feb.Valentine chocolates. I think it is because I made myself sick for thanksgiving and christmas. Actually usually I start to get in shape before thanksgiving. But this year....I don't know what happen.

Bring on the bathing suits or anything else that will help to get us through this long and cold january.23 below zero this morning with the wind chill here in iowa.Thats just too cold, but atleast the furnace is working and thats more than what some of the folks in oklahoma and missiouri can say today. Some of them people havent had electicity or heat for 4 days now.
