The thought of a man being stuck with the same person scares the helll out of them... at least they can still cheat and just break up instead of divorce and they think is this the 1 or is there sum1 else thats out there. so stay where they are in there relationshp but keep looking & testing others!

My girlfriend wants to get married but i just dont see the point. It costs heaps and legally it means she gets half of my stuff and i have a house and she doesnt have anything. Im going to get a pre-nup anyhow because after 2 years together she gets my stuff anyway some new stupid law here.

My partner and i were in Northland Mall in Christchurch looking around, we walked past Stuart Dawsons Jewellers we started looking at some rings, he asked me which one i liked i pointed, he went in and came out holding a bag pulled out the ring i pointed too and proposed.

Ive heard a lot of men say that everything changes when they get married, that the woman they marry is no longer the person they met. Its like soon as they get down the aisle etc the sex stops, and the whip cracking begins. For some id say thats true for others they just dont want to get married.

Even though im a chick im siding with the guys! Marriage has lost its lustre because too many women are walking away with half of everything right down to the penny. Its a wonder guys arent prepared to pop the question. Its a whole lot of things that women just dont seem or want to realise. Its sad.

"why buy the cow when the milk is free." This is so true. Most men by the time they find "the one" have already been with several other woman. Its true most women will give a guy anything after a $30, $20 dollar meal. So ladies if you want a guy that will love you with all he has respect you and have the same future goals as you like haveing a baby getting married i say you all need to go to church and first off get saved then pray and trust in god that he will provide "the one" to you on his time not yours. Im not married yet, but i have a wonderful christian boyfriend. hes everything ive ever wanted and i know god is the reason he is in my life and i know one day on gods schedule he will pop the question and we will get married and spend the rest of our lives together.

The thing is men are just as insecure as women. They dont ask you to get married because they are scared the marriage will fail. If you are not "the one" they are scared of being stuck with someone they dont love. Most of all though, it sucks for the girl. Men can sleep with anyone and be seen as "The Man" while girls are seen as sluts. Men just dont want to get tied down, and with the way that guys are turning out to be scares ME to get married. Life is so confusing!
