As a minor, Miley cannot legally sign a contract for photos of any kind. Doesn't that make her parents fully responsible?.

I would imagine that any and all images must be approved by Miley's parents, as they have legal custody and responsibility for her. So, that said, where were they when the release was signed to give permission for the photo's to be used? Did grandma or her agent sign the release? Sorry, null and void. I'm not buying that her parents left her in the care of her handlers, so they were therefore unaware. This is just a case of exploitation, then insulting the public by claiming to have not known what was going on. It was a publicity strategy, folks, plain and simple. We can all look forward to the day Miley tells her parents to bug off, then heads down the self-destruction highway ala Britney Spears and Lindsey Lohan.

Well If you guys actually saw the photo shoot...you would have seen that she was wearing pants and that it would be like her walking around in a strapless top and jeans... The only reason you are saying this is because she is famous...Go to the ghetto and help all those 14 year old girls that are getting pregnant.

What's with that "Christian morals" comment at the beginning? Is she trying to say that only Christians have morals? That only Christians know how to be kindhearted and sincere? I really hate it when people assume only Christians can be good people. It's a very good way to make the world seemingly more evil than it really is. Anyway, on topic, it kills me how everyone gets so angry at Miley just because she wants to try and branch out and grow out of her "Hannah Montana" persona. It's like the public wants her to stay as a tween star forever.

Physically teenagers bodies are ready. But think about this. Would you trust that same 15 year old to take your car by their self or to go out drinking by themselves. Or are they able to be on their own at 15. People forget to teach their children morals. This is a very important part of our society. Instead people teach their children self-gratification at any cost. What if those pics were on a pornographic web site. Some of those same people that say those pics are ok, would change their minds. What they don't realize, there is no difference. Those same sick people that may look at those porn sites are picking up that magazine with her picture on it. Her parents should have made a better decision.

I could make a whole list of why kids make stupid mistakes, but what I happen to think is that a lot of kids are not taught to think BEORE they commit their actions. Which is clearly the case here with Miley.
