Great information! This is advice which we've all probably heard or perhaps given before. I totally agree with removing the T.V from the bedroom or both parties should agree to not turning it on during quality time in the bedroom. It's a big distraction unless what's playing is used to enhance the intimacy. My significant won't allow our two teenage daughters to have a t.v in their room because it could be a distraction at their bed time however he doesn't see the distraction in our bedroom.. Relationships require WORK just like everything else that we strive to perfect.

Another suggestion is to try an EASTERN approach towards love and sexuality. You can learn about SACRED SENSUALITY through the ancient art of TANTRA or TAOIST sexuality. Not only will it improve your relationship's intimacy level, but it can improve your medical health as well. Take a look at my site: www.Nayka.COm or www.HeartacheHelper.Com Namaste and Love, Farrah Ashline

First of all, I am 24 years and have a 3 year old son. I'm married to another woman who has 5 kids and I'm still in love with my son's mom. I married out of spite and take crap because of fear of not being able to see my son. Next year I want to live for me. I want to love to the fullest. Giving someone everything I have, but first of all I need something to give. I'm not worrying about anyone anymore. I'm just living for my son.
