hey, why i have sex it makes me feel better and it is also pleasuable and i feel closer to my boyfriend and we enjoy each other and its a stress reliefer too. and our love for each other grows stronger too even if we dont make love to each other. our relationship is not totally based on sex.

I find nothing cures boredom faster... or better than sex!! LOLOL So quite often I do it when I'm bored and have nothing better to do... but mostly it's to get close to my man... to "connect" with him!! and I enjoy it, of course!! (That's the top reason for me.. to connect! Boredom is #2!!)

I can see where the study would help with younger people and it's true that knowing their patterns is key. I remember that "urgency" I had in my teens and 20s, when our hormones make it almost impossible to resist!! As you get older, you use your brain more... and become much more selective!!! (but at my present age, I'm getting that "very same" urgency back... only with my brain engaged... so that is good!! LOL
