    I have been try to lose weight now over 6 years-weighing 145lbs. up to 2 weeks ago i weighed 167lbs. i recently did the lemonade cleanse and it has given me a kick start and a confident boost. lost seven lbs so far. the excercise regime is really working. I just need a good eating regime.

    HELLO, I WEIGH 575LBS. I WAS WEIGHING 618LBS 6 WEEKS AGO I LOST 41LBS. AND STILL LOSING. I HAVEN'T DONE ONE JUMPING JACK OR SITUP. AND I NEED TO START DOING SOMETHING. I CAN'T SIT ON MY KNEES IT'S TOO PAINFUL,AND IT'S HARD TO GET UP WHEN I'M ON THE FLOOR OR GROUND. I CAN STAND,WALK BUT NOT FAR. HOW CAN I PUT MORE MUSCLE BACK IN MY LEGS SO I CAN GET AROUND BETTER. AND PUT MORE STRANG BACK IN MY BACK SO IT WILL QUIT ACHING ALOT.

    You are wrong here. 30 minutes on a treadmill while reading a magazine will get results! It is still 30 minutes a day on a treadmill. The rest is all pretty well well-known except you may want to add not to get stressed when your diet or exercise routine slips a bit. If you start getting stressed, you may not want to start exercising again.

    I believe that by achieving "peace of body and mind" works well. I would like to add that balance of a person's physical, mental, emotional and spiritual attributes helps them feel positive about themselves and when a person feels this way, they can make changes in their lives that help them and others. They may actually inspire others to lose weight or make changes in their lives. Sounds idealistic, but hey, it works for me.

    This is good stuff!!! I work out 6 days a week and I totaly beleave if your going to work out you need to push yourself more and more. I've had people who say "I want to work with you" then they get to gym and they have every excuse in the book why they have to take breaks and they don't really want to push, they just want to say they went to gym. Your body is the vessel your mind travels thru life in do you want a Corvette or a Pinto!!!

    I am seventy yrs. old and look like 60yrs old because, I decided yrs. ago to take your or someones advice. Thanks, and you are right, it only takes thirty minutes to an hour a day to become fit again. I eat basically what I want only, in minute amounts. Thanks for coming on board to help us little old ladies. Ha! I still play tennis three times a week and golf when I want. I keep my mind busy and am very active in politics, a home contractor and a nice lady. Find something you want to achieve and go for it. Don't give slack or take it, (Old Texas term) Daylight is burning so, go for the gold like an Olympian. Nothing is beyond your reach if, you really want to achieve your true self. This site is right, so fulfill your dreams as a lady. Azure
