I think it will help you get slimmer in the waste but a summer body, not if your idea is to have a six pack abs. All great outcomes come with in more then six weeks. However change you will see from the first two weeks.

This workout wouldn't give a summer body to 80% of the people out there unless they were already darn close to having one. And it sure as heck wouldn't do it in 4 weeks. I wish they'd stop coming up with these unrealistic goal titles for articles and using them to get people all hopped up. Not one of them has every worked for anyone who was not within 10 lbs of their goal.

not true at all, I've been working out for 6 weeks, 4-5 times a week, some intense workouts (spin class, outdoor boot camp) eating salads, and I look the same. This takes forever to make a noticeable change.

Generally, quick changes are noticed in people with a lot of weight to lose. Those who are thinner don't notice changes as fast. Also, it has been said over and over that losing more than 2-3 pounds a week isn't the way to permanently lose weight. Again, this is slightly different for very over-weight people, but it's small changes over time that generate permanent results. Trust me, I'm all for getting active, but don't give unrealistic expectations. One last thing, you can't "spot" reduce. You can firm the muscles in an area, but you can NOT lose weight in a particular area. It happens all over your body.
