    At 35 weeks pregnant I've struggled with constipation for most of the time and have figured out while God i.e. nature gave pregnant women constipiation. It is to strengthen and work the muscles that will be needed and used to push a baby out. Smile.

    I know there are ways to avoid constipation such as Milk of Magnesia. That stuff does work. Also, I do and always have eaten a high roughage diet and drink plenty, plenty, plenty of water. That isn't my point. God doesn't make mistakes. He does everything for a reason. A good reason indeed. LOL
