Cholesterol in food and cholesterol in your blood have nothing to do with one another. I dropped my cholesterol from 300 to 110 and I did it by cutting out all manufactured food and hydrogenated oils. I still ate quite a bit lean meat, veggies and fruit. I also started exercising. My triglycerides also dropped from 750 to 166.

Organic foods are GREAT, but they've shown up so rapidly in markets that never sold them THAT EVERYONE should be careful and verify/check thEY are definitely ORGANIC. Signs are easy to display, but I've NEVER seen so much ORGANIC all at the same time.. We live in a greedy world. How do we know if the claim to ORGANIC is true? Feel many stores indicate "organic" when foods aren't ORGANIC--due to much higher profit.. We've done "organic" for eons but in order to do so we belonged to a special NATURAL food store. You'd think organic farming's taken over every farm since most everything on our shelves bears that name. Be careful! AMERIKKA

These plants might reduce cholesterol from 15 to 25 percent, but here is one thing which can reduce your cholesterol 100 percent. It is garlic. If you eat atleast 4 to 5 slices of garlic every morning without mixing it in any thing, your cholesterol will say you bye bye forever.

Eating to much of peanuts, almonds and corn, canola, and olive oils will rise your triglycerides. (Fat in your blood)
