Good advice for drinkers. Would you say abstaining is medicinally better?

Why don't you advice people to lay off the grains and not to advocate alcohol intake. Sugar and grains are the cause for high glucose. You work for Johns Hopkins? Wow, remind me not to ever end up there. Better Diet, Try Alcohol. Stupid bimbo

Thanks, Ms. McKinney. Very helpful. Thanks for clearing up the whole alcohol issue. Some say it's "bad for you" others that it's "good for you." Your article is very helpul to me and finally gives me some peace of mind that my mild consumption of a glass of red wine each day for the antioxidant and lower triglycerides benefits is the way to go.
