    I agree with your advice on prevention of type 2 diabetes. Thanks for bringing it to the public's attention. I would also add that liberal intake of high-fiber whole grains - three servings per day - is associated with lower risk of type 2 diabetes. -Steve Parker, M.D., author of "The Advanced Mediterranean Diet: Lose Weight, Feel Better, Live Longer."

    Not much substance. No talk of carb intake, sugar consumption, eating high fiber foods, or moninoring blood glucose levels.

    eat biiter melon 2x a week to give you insulin to protect from diabetes . The bitter the better. You can get these in all asian groceries.
