Well my current boyfriend opening line was "I like you, lets go for a cup of coffe", it was a bold move but I liked the way it sounds, we have been together for 3 years now.

I had a guy tell me that I was cute and that he loved my glasses, while he was supposed to be scoring 'best friend time'. That's right... he was dating my friend when he brought about those smooth compliments. And, to add insult to injury, he kept pulling me into him by my pants pockets as if that would encourage me to think of sex with him... My favorite way a guy can approach me is to go in for some definite 'best friend time'. My best friend is there with me through every guy and if you can make her believe you're for real then you've got something. Sometimes guys over-do the BFT a little and I think they're into her and am totally shocked when they ask for my number at the end of the night. That's happened a few times.

I actually had a guy walk up to me and tell me that he had remarried his ex-wife three months prior, and as soon as he laid eyes on me he knew it was a mistake! Not only was he laying on me the worst line I had ever heard, but he was MARRIED! and he was using that as part of his pickup! OMG!

This is horrible. Guys don't think like this at all, and thats like saying guys are certain weaknesses and try to compensate. I got news for ya. Many guys try all of those. Whats that mean?
