    This sounds like a good thing for me to start doing, I have a 4 year old daughter and right now she weighs 73 pounds. She is very very active and doesnt eat much at all. She does still want a chocolate milk cup at bedtime. I have started only letting her have one at bedtime and maybe one during the day. She does like anything with ranch dressing so I will try to see if she will eat the veggies instead of eating the ranch off of it. Thanks for the tips!!

    I really neeed help with my six year old son weight he like 101lbs Please help me out with some good tips cuz Im young and Im trying to make sure he eats good but it justed dont look like its working to good for me cuz he do good to school and I dont konw how much he eats at school I dont thinks it a lot but when he get home to me its like he really needs to eat so bad . And when I cook my dinner its not late at all its like before seven but some time that not good cuz he need something before that. And after he eats dinner he cant even wait to im done eating my food he all ready wants to more food like its going some were is this a problem for him or me Please help me out . A young mother with four kids.

    I think most kids (from 1-92) would rather eat dirt than veggies. Kids try not to eat veggies cause they are intelligent.

    You expect this to work...you are crazy these are for people who are healthy and want to continue to be healthy.You really need to talk to a real docter and dont forget that an hour a day is NEEDED it wont lose weight.NEW TIPS. Please

    Why not include breastfeeding in there? Breastfed infants are less likely to be obese as children and adults!

    YOUR RIGHT JUST MAYBE YOUR KIDS ARE ABOUT OW TO AGE 20 DOESNT MEAN YOU CAN NOT STILL KEEP THEM IN SHAPE ! YOU NO I HAVE 1 GIRL THAT IS AGE 13 AND 2 BOYS ONE IS 12 AND THE OTHER IS 9 AND THEY LOVE TO EAT CAORROTS AND VEGS AND ONE OTHER WAY IS THAT YOU CAN PUT VEGIES ON THE PIZZA OR TELL THEM WHEN YOU ORDER IT!     Hi. I'm a 13 year old and I am sorta over weight. Actually, I think I am past the average weight limit for my age! That is 186 lbs. For a child, is it harder to lose weight if you are this heavy? I have been "husky" for a good part of my life and each time I try to lose weight, I just put it all back on. Is there any advise you have to lose weight? If so, please tell me. Thank you so much and have a great Easter! ~ concerned weigher.

    Breakfasy for kids should NOT be dry boxed cereals. It encourages kids to eat sweet starchy cereals out of a box for the rest of their lives. North Americans are the only culture that eats starchy fatty sugary cereals, and think that it's HEALTHY. All other cultures eat proteins for breakfast such as fish chicken cold cuts cooked grains, etc..

    thanks I and my 12year old daughter are over wieght, my daughter is 197 and im 260-280? thanks i realy needed that advice all i really drink is mountain dew witch is full of fat,caloiors,caborfidrats,and not full of good things.
