The Frapp light at Starbucks may have less calories, but the substitute for as much sodium that is in a light versus regular.... I would rather burn a few extra calories that day then get that much sodium.

People always worry about calories. While calories are important, it is just as important to take the sugar content into account.

The real question is not what to eat this moment, but but kinds of eating habits make for a healthy lifestyle. Most do not want to be healthy or even count calories. It is exceedingly rude I am told when I do not eat what is served to me. This conflicts with what we find in tidbits to be healthy. For the real deal, fire your doctor and get a natural physician...ND at the end of the name not MEAN doctor. Remember you need 84 minerals, 12 vitamins, 3 amino acids, and 64 floz of filtered water every day; exercise therapy of 20 min elevated heartbeat (20%); and energy replacement techniques. Without all three, enjoy your popcorn with butter on it because it won't matter. Go for an extremely high quality of life. My mother smokes using oxygen and a nebulizer at 79, going strong. God love her. I almost died so many times I lost track counting as a professional patient. If you want to hear my story then email me at justcalljay@yahoo.com

The best snack my grand kids like are celery and lettice. They eat it as it is. Or in a salad. raw vegs. and fruit are the best if you can get them to eat them.

I have lost 136 pounds after years of research and trying everything!!! I have two children and went from a size 20 to a size 6 and have now maintained it for 3 years. I am also still dropping wait. All tis with very little exercise, and just eating right. Now it seems so simple I don't get why everyone doesn't do it!!!!

If you are a way from home try to pick a place that serves raw fruit and vegs. Even Mcdonalds has salads.

Also if you do go to the movies eat a healthy meal or snack befor you go. Or if you just want to eat popcorn eat it with less butter.

I agree with the other comments about how the nutritional values of each food is missing. Also, fat from some nuts are good and whole wheat fills a person up which helps them from snacking more.

This would all work all you have to do is watch what you eat, and as they say "in portions."
