This quiz, while informative, may lead some to make food choices based strictly on caloric content and not overall nutrient content.

Please let us know about the nutritional value of these foods as well. Food is about so much more than just calories, I would think that the Jamba Juice has more nutritional value than the rest of this list put together. Also, some foods will assuage your hunger longer than others.

the fact that the nuts have more calories from healthy fats was not pointed out.

Tests are more fun if they're graded at the end with a click. See msn.com. While this was mildly informative, it was indeed, lame.

But you should remind people that calories aren't the only or most important concern for a healthy diet. Nuts or trail mix might be higher in calories, but might provide more essential nutrients or fewer "empty" calories than M&M's, pretzels or ice cream.

although all the choices with the least amount of calories seem like the best choice they are actually the worst for u, it's about quality not calories, the nuts are jam packed with protien and healthy fat, and the smoothie has fruit and contains antioxidents as well as the trail mix being better for u then the granola bars bc they again have the proteins and healthy fats your body needs the granola bars are processed to death with sugar and other garbage.
