chocolate is also loaded with fat and calories. If you want something heart-healthy, how about salmon with omega 3's instead of lipid/calorie laden chocolate???

A little indulgence never hurt anyone, besides dark chocolate is loaded with healthful antioxidants that can be beneficial if eaten in moderation.

Life with out chocolate would be not as sweet. Anything in moderation is fine. Why do we worry so much??
