Too lower fat and increase protein in all your dips, use soy-based "sour cream" and "cream cheese" and "brick cheese" substitutes. Mixing in your favorite herbs and spices in dip will help "disguise" the base and you'll amaze those who can't tell the difference. Using soy cheese on top of pizza WILL get noticed (no grease!), but lots of toppings will help, and even some pizzarias will use the soy cheese if you provide it prior to prep.

Wish I had known about this earlier. I have stopped eat pork. I'm choosing to do that and I eat more Chicken, Turkey, Beef, and Fish. Are there any suggestions on low-fat desserts or smoothies. I love fruits and veggies.

I have friends over for the game and NO BEER! Some snacks! Healty meal, some wine, bottled water for guest,tap is just fine for me! Some soda,real not DIET, and they say, wife dad kids enjoy themselves much better and very relax! We do enjoy the BUD commercials!!! Enjoy go for your team and be KOOL!!!!
