I had trouble losing weight until I tried Shaklee's new 'Cinch' inch/weight loss with luecine. There was an article in FIRST magazine last month. http://www.cinchplan.com/nancyhyde http://www.shaklee.net/nancyhyde

I lost 3 and 1/2 pounds on this diet and my 19 year old daughter lost 3 in the middle of January...I'm starting it again today! I found this easy to do even with work b/c it lets you substitute one day's lunch for another, etc.

I beg your pardon...I'm a North American...and I am not lazy. Looks to me like the lazy person is the one that cannot take the time to prepare the food that she lists here. Doesn't look like rocket science to me!!

Hi Joy, Your diet plan is a very good one! I know others have commented how time consuming it sounds, but its not! How hard is it to throw a few extra things together while your fixing your regular meals. I work 45 -60 hours a week. I have 2 children and a huspband, a home, 2 dogs, and a cat. If you really care enough about yourself, there would be no excuses. Whats 10-20 min. of extra time devoted to your health going to hurt. This menu is not like preparing gourmet foods! A turkey burger takes the same amount of time to fry as a beef burger. And eggs just takes a couple of minutes. I have been doing this since Jan.1, I found time. Just cut back tv, computers and cell phone usage, and just see how much time you have. I also have been doing exercises at home for about 30-40 min. per day. If you mean it, you will find the time. Thank you for your wonderful ideas Joy! God Bless You!
