Not for nothing but alot of people here mention EXCERSISE IS THE ONLY WAY... agreed. But many of us dont have the luxury of all of that free time. Sorry for not "getting off my a**" but these are the lives some of us live. With limited time for exersise, diets and eating plans are key elements of a healthy lifestyle.

I think this diet is on the right track with the salmon- studies show that is reduces inflammation and has detox qualities. However, I would add more lemon and hot water in place of the cappuccino- I don't think coffee decaf or not is really helpful in a detox. Neither is dairy w/ the exception of yogurt. Trust me, I'm know I'm not a nutrition expert, but some things are common sense. And before anyone shoots this woman down, maybe THEY should take a nutrition class. Didn't know that milk was a high sodium food. I think the reason 60 million Americans are overweight (other than not moving) is due to diet ignorance and refusal to change (purplechic) not only that but a defensive attitude towards TRYING healthy foods.

I think a lot of you need to get a dictionary for Christmas -- it is not ACSESS, it is EXCESS, and not EXCERSISE or EXERSISE, but EXERCISE. This diet would totally put me off food altogether.

This diet isn't bad. But, really, you should healthy all the time. Let's face it, most people don't want to put in the effort, but they sure like to complain about their weight! You can easily substitute the foods you don't like with ones you do, its not hard.
