That is what I love about the low carb lifestyle -- you can 'cheat' by eating your fill on Thanksgiving and enjoying leftovers the next day, then go on a strict low carb diet and drop any weight gained in a matter of days.

How about, just for once, give a total of the sodium in these nutrition plans? Bread, milk, cottage cheese etc., are all high sodium foodstuffs. Consider this a challenge, as so many times the sodium content seems to be ignored. Thank you.

Agreed, there is no better way than to get off one's A** and EXERCISE.. Take it from me - lost 144lbs (without) surgery, or quick diet tips! The only way: "Eating to Live" - not by, "Living to Eat" and naturally, moving the body with exercise - daily. Happy Holidays to all ;^)

Yuck! I'd rather be fat and lazy than eat this garbage. Aren't there any other food choices??

I just wanted to point out that the body naturally makes up for the acsess calories every once in a while as long as it is aware that it is still going to be fed. Not to mention, if you don't over eat to begin with, you shouldn't have to worry.
