    For those who have never been physically active, this is very useful information. Most people who a been active in sports during their lives should know most of this information.

    ive been on a "diet" for a long time your diet should be a way of life not a 6 week portion of your life then to go back to eating what you were fat my advise is eat healthy meal's, replace lunch with fruit and run,run,run. you will see a difference. run! -ken

    Hi, actually, after reading this, I starting to understand that quite alot of things that i was told that can help do lost weight faster are myths. So i would also like to check and find out, if Sauna really help to lost fat-weight? Cause i did try going through that and was able to lost about a kg or two but after a few cups of drink it will be back to square one. Thus I would like to know this a myth or a lost of wwater-weight?

    research also show that exercising in the morning burns more fat because your body almost depeleted all your calories during sleep, ergo making you burn fat than working out in the afternoon. the first tip was definitely misleading -sources bodybuilding.com
