    Do I need to point out that EGGS have the highest dietary source of lutein & zeaxanthin. It's also a fact that nutrients from animal based foods are better assimilated than those of plants. Then again, no amount of spinach omlettes will help your eyes if your frying them in bright sun.

    So then I highly recomend a wild Ostrich then a farm feed Ostrich..just be sure you have a good pair of running shoes "you'll need um..

    What is subsitute green leafy vegetable like spinach? If one is allergic to this particular vegetable, is eating other leafy greens equals the same nutrients as spinach?
