These are good ideas indeed, but please don't forget to mention exercise (which you did!) Exercise is so important for someone trying to lose weight, for the simple fact that you will burn those calories quicker, and if you sweat a little, while exercising, that will also cleanse toxins from your system.

I'm confused. Is it lose 10 pounds or 1.75 pounds? That is a big difference!

The 1.75 pounds is just from watching your drinks

i find exercise tends to make me feel hungry, try a few weeks with out any extra fitness regime, the diet will loose the weight,! once lighter you will feel like doing more exercise so it will come natural, one thing at a time

hey dcearl@xtra.co.nz if you do your exercise before a meal (before breakfast for example) then you will feel hungry when you get back, and because youve just exercised your metobolisim will be faster and youll lose more weight eating your brekkie... just a suggestion... :)

She also should have stated that skim milk to replace whole milk is a better choice. If you have to snack at night, have a non-fat yogurt and some fruit.(grapes, mellon, strawberries) Air popped pop corn is also good. Walking your dog before you go to bed also helps. Good exercise for you and pup.
