Taco Bell is my absolute favorite fast food restaraunt, and my favorite food is the Nachos Bellgrande. However, after reading this article I went and ordered the Fresco Burrito Supreme with chicken, 400 less calories and 36 less grams of fat! But, I do have to say that this is not the diet plan for me, as the Fresco Burrito Supreme with chicken ended up giving me the Fresco Burrito Diahhrhea with headache. Ouch!

You know something? Life is short enough as it is. Sweet potato fries? Soy crisps? Get over yourself. If people would just eat everything in moderation, get exercise and eat a variety of foods, it wouldn't be a problem if you had a couple of slices of pizza or ate an order of fries. Most of the foods this woman lists sounds like stuff you'd be forced to eat at fat camp.

not to be disrespectful to the author, but this list is pretty wack. I mean if a bacon cheeseburger is my comfort food then a turkyburger with only half a bun is not gonna help me, or if i want some mac'n cheese some whole wheat pasta with tomato sauce is not gotta cut it, i mean thats frick'n spagetti. The chicken wing one is a good idea thats how i usually eat mine, but the taco bell idea is again way off mark. A chicken barrito does not a Nacho Bellgrade make. Just my humble opinion

I would rather indulge every now and then on something that I really want than choose one of these substitutes that's only going to leave still craving and searching for something to eat to satisfy it.

I don't understand this suggestion for pizza:"Choose: Lean Cuisine brick oven style pizza (320 calories, 9 grams fat) Or make your own pita pizza with vegetables (250 calories, 6 grams fat)". Why not suggest 100% whole grain or whole wheat pizza crust. Dough is available, as well as ready made crusts. And there are also whole wheat pitas. Most wouldn't notice the difference, and there's a significant plus nutritionally.
