People are so busy filling up their lives, they forget to not fill up their stomachs at the same time, and the hours just fly by as the calories add up.

Some quantity of alcohol, not much, is helpful for those who are already used to alcohol intake. This is especially so on a day that you are already a bit tired and require a sound sleep. It has worked for me.

Wow, what wonderful insights, don't drink caffine before bed and don't drink a bunch of water before you go to bed, you might have to pee. Can I get a job at Yahoo too?

Please be cautious when recommending the use of peanut butter for children. The experts recommend that is not be used in children under 5 years due to choking concerns.

I was expecting to learn something new, something more clinical based on on sleep study, research, etc. This article is too shallow for me, you can just use your common sense to come up with the suggestions.
