Loved the advise. Maybe you can help with my problem, I have been getting leg cramps, the calve of the right leg, I never suffered with any kind of cramps until now and they are increasing.. Some quantity of alcohol, not much, is helpful for those who are already used to alcohol intake.This is especially so on a day that you are already a bit tired and require a sound sleep.It has worked for me.

People are used of taking alcohol before sleeping, Plus,they don't have proper meal,clothing,shelter,etc.Who/why/known.But,these class of society live happly sharing the Sun, the Air, the Water and the earth equally,they have longer and shorter life equally, too both the poors and the riches. But, the facts of medical sciences, the interfase between poverty/illenes/balanced diet/survival,how do you explain?

Please be cautious when recommending the use of peanut butter for children. The experts recommend that is not be used in children under 5 years due to choking concerns.

I was expecting to learn something new, something more clinical based on on sleep study, research, etc. This article is too shallow for me, you can just use your common sense to come up with the suggestions.

thank you i needed this.water is a problem for me,i take bed time meds and they are large pills,it takes a lot of water to get them down,so i'm up 3-4 times a night,from now on i will take my pills a little early then in the past,i think is will help. thank you again.
