Once again no one can make up their mind...here they say eating fruit can help you sleep but you can read elsewhere that fruit can give you an energy burst... Its like when they tell you to wear sunscreen to prevent skin cancer, then they give you an article that says that sunscreen may be linked to cancer....

Joy, I dig your good advice but how come you do not advise bananas for adults. B's are loaded with tryptophan and are a sure sleep inducer. Edward Stim, M.D. of Val's Values

Try half a cup of warm (body temp or higher) skim milk, with a teaspoonful of natural honey. Diabetics and those with milk allergy can try a banana and a couple of almonds (natural, unsalted, with skin, soaked for an hour in water)

how is a low fat granola bar going to help you fall asleep? most granola bars are loaded with High Fructose Corn Syrup. Sugar before bedtime is not good, especially the cheap, destructive HFCS.
