Sounds nasty to get diabetes just b'cos I deprived myself of my beauty sleep! The above mentioned advices are something which I try to adhere to.Unfortunately, my profession is such that I need to work in shifts.Not that, I don't enjoy my work but I won't be able to get to sleep after doing an afternoon shift followed by a morning shift, the next day!The next morning, about 12pm in the afternoon while I'm at work, I 'll get really drowsy!
Well, that being said, I should take a look at bedtime snacks that really help! God bless!
