    I work out 5 to 6 times a week and I have a terrible cold right now.

    I USED TO GET COLDS EVERY CHANGE OF SEASON. THIS YEAR I HAVE BEEN ON A VERY FAITHFUL EXCERSIZE PROGRAM AND HAVE NOT EVEN HAD THE SNIFFLES

    71 yesterday and power walked for years until a planer heal crippled me. Can't say I gained much in cold reduction over all those years but the delightful 12 yo in the house gave me his cold in 36 hours. Lesson, steer clear of kids who learn personal habits from watching South Park. Reg

    I had a repitory virus this winter, and lost my sence of smell and taste! I haven't gotten it back yet, and it has been about 3 months. Anybody have this happen? Any advice for me?
