I see this is very easy plan to follow. My worry comes in when there are no carbohydrates mentioned. Don't you think we will be missing our body "fuel" especial when we are working out? Please advise if I am missing something. Thankk you.

What are some other activities you can do while you are at work. My co-workers may think I am crazy if I do the Jumping Jacks and the 10 flights of stairs.

This is without a doubt the most unrealistic diet I have read to date! Maybe it would work if you have no LIFE!

This is a great diet plan. Easy and simple to follow. With no major adjustment. I'm going to start 9/18. During the Fall/Winter season is when I hibernate and add on additional pounds. I will however, subsitute the stairs (none at work) for another quik exercise. Thank you so much for posting this. It's SIMPLE AND EASY TO FOLLOW WITH EASE!

maybe you can do this for a day or two but one of the main things that's stuck with me from the lonestart program i've been following is that you need to find ways to make good nutritional choices and increase physical activity in everyday ways you can stick with forever! a day here and a day there is how people get stuck with yo-yo diets. i think of lonestart not so much as a diet, which technically it's not, but a lifestyle choice which is just what i needed. one easy thing you can incorporate into everyday is walking more--park at the end of the lot at work, the mall, at the grocery, everywhere you park. if you count steps you'll be surprise how many you can add by doing this one thing.

This sound great, like one said for stay at home moms. What if our schedule is different like work at night and sleep a couple of hours take kids to school take a nap for another couple of hours. Make lunch and get kids from school, help with homework. Take another nap an hour or two if possible. Get ready for work again at 5 in the evening and sit down for about eight hours or more. Tell me how do you work that out? I've been on an up and down scale ever since I turned 30,I have four children. So really can we find something that adjust to our many different schedules?
