You provide a wonderful service. I'd love to work with you to lose some weight. How can I contact you for a consultation?

This begs the question "how long should I hold the nozzle down to get 1 serving"?

Good to know. Is it ever better to just use virgin olive oil or other reduced fats or non trans fat protective no stick products?

Sorry, but your wrong on the fat free spray! Parkay Fat free spray has zero calories, zero fat and zero carbs. Please do a little more research before writing an article on this topic.

I don't know how often I have seen people make this same mistake. Before I really started reading about "fat free" I too made the mistakes of feeling like I could eat a lot of it because it was "fat free" now I know that, that isn't the case. I buy fatfree or lowfat things and try to still watch what i eat but sometimes I do overeat just feel less guilty because it has less calories/fat than if I were to pig out on the regular stuff. Still though it needs to be watched. Another thing people overdo it on is sugar free stuff thinking the "low carb" will help with the fact they are eating a bunch on a low carb diet but in the end it really has a negative affect on their bodies.

Give me a better hint...if I spray the bottom of a small fry pan to cook some egg whites, approx. how many calories am I using? I am guessing that I spray for about 3 seconds. Thanks, Mary

Certainly enjoyed your tips on what breads & cereals to eat. I also think Kroger butter-spray has the best flavor.

Conagra took "Fat Free" off their Parkay Spray, perhaps because I complained. 0.4 grams of fat is not fat free to me when the serving size is 0.8 grams. I use Smart Squeeze which is fat free but salty.
