    This article is an eye opener. I, too, use this spray, and thought I was fine using a little extra here and a little extra there. I will certainly be more diligent in watching my portions from now on.

    i really liked this article. the example of someone putting an entire bottle of i cant believe its not butter is both hilarious and disgusting at the same time

    wow, some people are really stupid What did they think the calories came from? 7 calories/sec and theres about 145seconds of spray... thats like a thousand calories! how is that diet friendly?

    All I can say is.... Using a whole container of "I can't believe it's not butter" is absolutely revolting!!! EWWWWW!!!

    thanks for the information. I use the " I can't believe it's not butter" and I thought it tasted to good to be TOTALLY fat, caloria & sodium free.

    It has been clearly labeled on the label like that for years. If people had used their heads they would have figured this out for themselves years ago.
