I AM IN THE HEALTHCARE FIELD, I MOSTLY DEAL WITH HERBS AND SPIRITUAL HEALING. A PERSON SHOULD SLOWLY INCORPORATE HEALTH FOOD INTO THEIR BODY, ESPECIALLY IF THEY'VE EATEN LOTS OF JUNK FOOD FOR YEARS. PURGING YOUR FRIDGE AND CABINETS COMPLETELY OF SNACKS IS EASIER SAID THAN DONE. THESE FOODS SHOULD BE REMOVED AT A SLOWER PACE, ALLOWING YOURSELF TIME TO GET ACCUSTOMED TO NEWER, HEALTHIER FOODS. IT WOULD BE A SHOCK TO ONE'S BODY TO ALL OF A SUDDEN COMPLETELY CHANGE EVERYTHING THEY EAT.

Thanks, Joy, You've given me what I needed... permission to throw away everything editable in my kitchen that my body doesn't need and start over. Now that I think about it, all that sugar and starch would be wasted if I DID eat it, plus I'd feel miserable. What a great way to start out the new year. This is my project for my MLK Day off.

This is all well and good, if you are in town every day. However, I travel a lot of the time and am gone from 1 day to sometimes a week (This is for business). I go to a lot of very small towns--sometimes all they have is fast food (I hate fast food) and mom and pop groceries. Some of my days are 12 hours long and many of these small grocery stores are closed. I do not have a lot of time to shop during the day as I am always on a schedule. This is the main reason I find it difficult to diet and believe me I prefer fish and veggies and oriental light foods. So what do you do?

I heard about this on a popular talk show with a special guest Doctor (Hint Dr.os). We all need to feel better with less stress and more energy. I need a boost and now there is proof that a berry juice can make a real difference! They call it GoChi, a super powerful standardized goji berry juice. Well, For thousands of years Asians have known the power of the Goji Berry. Now comes the GoChi Effect. What I love so much about this berry is that the ancient Tibetan monks were some of the first people to discover the health secrets. The berry, a sacred blessing to them, was included in prayer! Now anyone can feel this ancient power. It is simple, nature working to protect the berry as it grows near Mount Everest, it can survive sup freezing temps buy the protective properties it produces. It can fight off harmful substances in the ground, such as bacteria and fungus. These properties are harnessed using the newest latest technology with extremely extensive testing to provide the best most beneficial juice you can drink. And it is now proven in a double blinded placebo study to have 13 positive effects in 14 days! I pay $3.00 -$4.00 a small bottle in the grocery store and although these other juices are good for me, I love knowing some real effects to expect in 14 days with Himalayan GoChi Juice. Fell free to check out my own web site to learn more: www.gotchi.freelife.com

the reason people will not choose this way of eating is its so forign to what they have become accustomed to. like a smoker who needs those cigs as thier crutch.

Everything was very helpful, but I thought bananas were not very good for you because of high carbs and calories.
