To Whom It May Concern: I have high blood pressure and I am trying to get off the prescription to help keep it lowered. I exercise, but have a healthy appetite. I watch my sodium intake. What types of meat do I eat? I love neckbones, oxtails, hamhocks, venison, lambchops, a little steak I could do without. Sometimes I treat myself to smoked pigtails and turkey wings sometimes smoked turkey wings when I can find some. Thanks for the information on "Foods that help lower blood Pressure." Renae'

It does not ask you to deprive yourself of things that we all like, but just control the amount of intake to supply what your body needs to be satisfied. Late night snacks seem to cause everyone the most trouble. Self control seems to be the answer, but easier said then done. Ha!
