Eat healthy - which if you are already doing, does not help you shed any pounds. Nothing new in this article.

I like the info, but salad with no oil is too bland for me. One to two tsps of olive oil adds little calories, some good fat, antioxidants, and tastes better with that balsamic vinager. Good tips though, esp the liquid calories that can be very sneaky! :D

I already do all of the above. What can I do, then, to lose. I am over weight, but have been eating healthily for years. My total calories are too many, but it is hard to stay at 1250 which is what it takes to lose 2 or 3 lbs. a month.

They're Giving Away The Store! Yes, as amazing as the savings are with the groceries, I am even more impressed with the online wholesale mall that is included in my sampler kit from http://bestprivateprices.com. I just purchased dozens of name brand products at a fraction of what they cost anywhere else! In fact if you use the coupon code: WP10 at checkout they even give you an additional 10% off! This is going to be the greatest product ever put together in my lifetime. In fact, today I wanted to go back and buy gift certificates on this site for gifts and they are running huge bonus deals today! I included the message I read below: [original message posted by Mary Ellerby]: Recently someone reposted a news story about how grocery prices are going to rise across the board to almost staggering levels. After reading that I researched it myself and found hundreds of news reports substantiating this story. I started to watch the prices at my local supermarkets and sure enough almost everything has already gone up between .40 to .80 per product. In fact I have found that my total grocery bill has risen approximately 38 percent for the same products and quantities that I purchased two months ago. So I took the previous posters advice, I signed up for the sampler kit at http://bestprivateprices.com and I must tell you that it has helped like nothing else. Just yesterday I was able to buy $175.98 worth of groceries and other products and it only cost me $22.13 thanks to this wonderful program! I am so excited and happy I can barely type. I plan on giving out gift certificates to this program as well. This couldn't have come at a better time.

It's hard to believe that it can make me lose 10pounds. I nearly give up to lose weight after several trials. So I went to largeplace.com to have some other talking that overweight women could be interested in except lose weight.

Exercise is the BEST way to lose the weight. Even if you do this diet thing, the weight that you lose will leave you flabby, so you'll need to exercise.

this doesn't help! a. salad dressing tastes nasty... i like my veggies raw b. i'm lactose intolerent.. i drink soymilk.. which has more calcium and vitamins than milk c. i only eat with one slice of bread anyway with lettuce and tomatoes because i don't like the bread overpowering the taste of the toppings. d. i never drink juice because i get mucus buildup (i'm allegeric to high fructose corn syrup which is found in most juices) so.. i guess the only thing i could do is eat slower
