    very good article, for once. I make sure to eat a variety of many different vegs to get all the benefits they provide. google healthy vegan recipes for more ideas on how to prepare veggies. I like swiss chard pie with some spinach, onions and silken tofu- salt and pepper. Polenta (premixed with some water) is also good with or instead of silken tofu in this. Slice the vegs and mix the filling, spread on thin pastry crust (make into rolls or a traditional pie with bottom and top crust) and bake for about 30 mins. yum!

    As a diabetic I think this is avery useful way to maintain a healthy life, I would like to find the way to keep myself in good shapehanks a lot.
