    I was especially interested in the fact that beets were included. I eat them a lot but always felt they may not have many nutrients and were higher in calories. The other best were not as easily available.

    Just read the question about diabetics. Yes, beets are fine - as you can see the calorie count is low which means the carb is low also.

    I loved it i,am a lover of swiss chard,and i have many recipes of my own,I have people comeing over and aking me to cook for them I have been cooking since i was 7 years old and i just love to .

    Hi There! have you heard much about the Acai Berry? It seems to be showing up in most stores, Grocery and health food. spacificly Trader Joes, normally added to a spacific juice, or even cold remidies. --- We are going to try you Swiss Chard Recipe tonight !!! Thank you, Tammy

    Oh by the way swiss card in to colors red stem and white it,s a large green leafy veg with red or white stocks and you can find it next to greens at the vegge market or framers market,or luckys best to buy at at framers market cheaper.
