Yes! I find this very interesting and helpful. I use to chop up different vegetable and fruits and make it into a refreshing drinks every weekend for myself and my parents. But I'm not sure what is Swiss chard cos I'm from Malaysia. Is there any picture on Swiss chard that I can view? Thanks Jeni

Eat cole slaw.....every day, light on the mayo...guava rocks, beets are potent...they will blow your tuchas out if you are not careful....and swiss chard....well it is bitter, but OK I am eating these items now. By the way if I eat you out...do I get any nutritional value from this? You look pretty hot.

Beets are great and as you said good for you. Just don't panic when your urine turns bright red, it's only the beets. landsjacobson@sbcglobal.net

You have got to be kidding! I just asked 8 people in my office and none of them will eat these things and most of them did not know what chard was!

Loved all the information and I just have one question: doesn't kale have more lutein than chard? It can be sauteed or added to soups. Also, have you done any studies on laver (nori) or Acai? Thanks so much!
