    this information was very helpful to me because i try to read the labels before i buy,and this information helped me to undserstand and read between the lines of the products i buy.a lot of the times the labels says healthy, but when you look at the salt,and the sugar and the saturated fat, a lot of the time you can buy the regular item and come out just as good. thank you

    It's entirely to much work calories, trans.fat, sat.fat, I say everything in MODERATION and lets face it...........we all need to count or blessings not our calories.

    What about hidden MSG, which causes many people problems they don't know they have. Like Headaches, Horrible Gas & Pain , rashes, plus more

    i dont care i eat wut ever i want.. then i go work out a lil bit..i have gained 10lbs in the last 5 years going from 160 to 170lbs doing my work out routine..wich doesnt really do much..since im 6foot an 18yrs old i think its pretty good 4 me..

    Dear Joy & Friends, Another thing to be aware of is Trans Fats vs Hydrogenated Oils on a Label, for example a Label can say No Trans Fat and then when you read it the Product contains Hydrogenated Oils. I believe this is due to the actual Legal definition of Trans Fats & Hydrogenated Oils, which I believe is mostly based upon Chemical Composition. Be that as it may.... Trans Fats & Hydrogenated Oils react in very similar ways in the Human Body I DO NOT reccomend the eating of these Icky Unhealthy Fats..
