I have a friend that yo=yo diets. She's lost tons of weight and, unfortuntely, put evey single pound back on. I believe she has tried all 6 of these regimens. Now she it taking some supplement. i otice that she also does not drink wter, which is necessary in any successful weight loss strategy. It is the way the body gets rid of fat stored. The only proper way to get rid of unwanted poundage is through changing ones lifestyle- smaller portions and regular exercise-AND WATER!!!
