    thank you for the advice! I actually just had an offer to have a supplement diet that promised darastic weight loss and i almost said yes....well i didnt know if it was real or not so i researched it online and it was a huge scam just to get my credit card #!

    my wife lost 45 pounds with the atkins diet 7 years ago and has no health problems .And by the way she has never gained it back!!!

    And then the bottom line is always buy my book, machine, club entrance, and on and on. I would rather be given what I need, to loose weight, the way I'm suppose to, all wrapped up in a nice little box, marked, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack. easy. No shopping, no planning, no measuring, no muss no fuss. If that's not "good" than someone to make me out a groceries list, a meal list, A SNACK LIST

    hAVE LOST OVER 40 LBS ON WEIGHT WATCHERS. COMING OFF SLOWLY BUT IT WILL STAY OFF. EAT EVERYTHING IN ,ODERATION, & EVEN JUST VERY LIGHT EXERCISE AIDS THE LOSS

    I totally disagree I lost 60 pounds 6 years ago and have kept it off. IF you really want to loose weight you need to eat fewer than 1000 cal per day. it's that simple. get the weight off, and then figure out how much you can consume to maintain. It is actually very simple

    im now at a weight loss total of 190 pounds. but it has not been easy at all.. I did try a number of these diets listed... The one diet that did help me the most was the 1000 diet. I lost my first 100 pounds from it.. but would not recommend it to anyone.

    i am going thru menapause, i have no job, have scary thoughts because i have no real relationship, and i just want it all to end, and i just keep packing on the pounds! Where do i go before i do something i will not be able to take back?
