    HOW ABOUT DIET FOR WOMAN AT SIXTY UP? Diet resulted her muscle lost elasticity. Any suggestion?

    I think 50% g of protein/ lb of body weight is not enough, i prefer 100% myself and have great resultswith that.

    i dunno about this. why are they posting baloney online. i was always told, fat shrinks not expels. everyones body frame is diff't.. its not like you'll ever she shaq as skinny as reggie miller..

    I've always been slim but was able too gain good muscle tone when I was younger. At my present older age, I'm still slim but would like too get a better understanding of protein intake and how to know that I'm obtaining the correct amount. I'm a none meet eater of any kind.
