    Joy, thank you for all the advise that you provide. I have found so many of them to be very helpful. I watch you on the Today Show each week and enjoy the advise that you give there, then I head for your website. You gave advise on mixing pumpkin with yogurt. Great! Thank you, again.

    How do those people on bigfatloser lose so much weght in a weeks time?Im 350lbs and I need to lose 20lbs in 5week but at my personal rate it has been about 3 lbs aweek can anyone help me with advice,I have a physical test comming up help!

    Sounds good and all but I'm a working mother with two jobs and every other day I work from 8 am till 11:30pm and exercise is not any where near my vocabulary. Just time with child and relax. Need something quick and accessable, since I'm on my feet ALL day.

    I have been on a diet since the first of the year, and since then I have been trying to figure out how much protien to eat in grams, everything else I have read puts it in ounces. And the majority of what I buy puts it in grams. This will help be out a lot Thanks for the info. Tish

    This is very helpful. Also drinking 6-8 glasses of water per day should be added to this article. Lastly, I heard that it is better to eat every 2-3 hours. Does anyone know if that is more accurate?
