Joy, I've noticed that you're everywhere! I read your advice here & in magazines, and now you're on tv! I'm glad they got you for Shaq's show. It's the best reality show to come along in awhile & it's great that so many knowledgable ppl are involved. KUDOS & thanks for being here!

How long is supposed bbq supposed to be? 800 cals is still a tonne for one meal. Does somebody need both burger AND sausage, PLUS a potato? Your suggestions are really good, but, Yowza, that's a LOT of food!

Your suggestions sound great for someone who has to consume an enormous amount of food; but for those of us who can only eat small amounts at a time, I'd say that it will be just as healthy to enjoy the "real" thing such as: 1 juicy hamburger small handful of chips 1 glass of ice tea (not too sweet)

But it tastes terrible! Why not add fruit and cut the portions of the things you like in half? (By the way, who do you know who "typically" has only "a handful" of chips?

Of course this is a more sensible and disciplined approach to the traditional bbq and while turkey burgers and water are very good, why is it everything good must be so bland and boring?
