    If I followed your comments I wouldn't be having a BBQ at all. BBQs don't happen all that often and when they do, they should be enjoyed. Your ideas are more applicable when NOT having a BBQ.

    What an eye opener! This is amazing and still enjoyable. To replace the flavor that you would normally lose from fat, use fresh herbs in your ground turkey. It will still taste great.
