Yeah lets all go to a bbq and eat a turkey burger with low fat cheese on a whole wheat bun. Sounds like an awesome dinner. Afterwards we can all sit around and watch paint dry. I'm totally down!

Ya'all - grilled vegetables are the absolute BEST - I would have them over all of that other crap anyday! This is a pretty good ad - if you can wean yourself off of the sugar/carb/fat addiction, these things are really tasty subs! :) Stay healthy, all!

Nice ideas, but take it one step further and calculate the added cost of being all these alternative products. Plus, I have been to a BBQ like this, and it sounds good on paper, but implementation is another thing. I feel you should indulge on the holidyas, and be disciplined with your eating on the complementary days of the year.

You've cut 65% of the calories but you've cut 100% of the taste!

Of course this is a more sensible and disciplined approach to the traditional bbq and while turkey burgers and water are very good, why is it everything good must be so bland and boring?

This is the dumbest thing I have ever seen in my life. You didn't trim calories, you ruined a meal. This is not BBQ, do don't call it that...this is yuppie robot food.

HOW STUPID IS THIS... The BBQ has almost NOTHING to do with this menu. It's all the OTHER garbage that is high in calories.

Where's the joy in BBQ'ing with turkey burgers, low-fat cheese and (gasp!) turkey sausage?! I'll opt for moderate portions of the "bad stuff".

First of all we don't BBQ every week, it's a fun thing. Eating all of the delicious forbidden foods once in a while is not bad for you. If you need to cut calories at a BBQ then your everyday eating habits need to change.

Pfff. If I get invited to a barbecue and they tell me that the usuals are getting replaced with the "Healthy Alternative" when I get there. Then I'm totally leaving after I eat.
