thanks a lot. it's helpful that you named some brands because i've looked for chocolate with 70% or more and most of them didn't even mention what percent of cocoa it was!

The Xocai chocoalte from MXI Corp. is 70 % cacao, unprocessed, low glycemic index (safe for type II diabetics). It is as good for you as raw cacoa, the # 1 antoxidant food, with the addition of the Acai berry, the # 2 antioxidant food. Medical studies are soon to be published on the health benefits of eating the brand of dark Belgium chocolate, Xocai. Please watch my website: www.chocolateforsuccess.com . Information will be posted there as the white papers become available. Jeannie Jeannieboniface@rogers.com

To Joy Bauer, M.S., R.D., C.D.N.: Any article that deals with the health benefits of a nutrient and does not list the daily amount needed to obtain said benefit is an article that should never have been published. God only knows what Joyce Bauer is smoking. Based on an abject ommission of this sort, I would not reccommend buying any of Joyce Bauer's products or services. To forget to inform the public of how much chocolate should (or should not) be consumed on a daily basis is unexcusable. Especially when we're talking about something like chocolate. Or a food item that is one part health food and one part dangerous. "Dangerous" to those who are weight and health concious. And Yahoo needs to replace Joyce Bauer with a health professional who is more competent. Thank you and have a nice day.

Another chocolate to add to your list is Xocai. It beats all of the other chocolate's listed. Very low sugar, even diabetic's can have it. Lose weight, I lost 27 lbs already. You cannot beat Xocai, very high in antioxidants it helps you feel better all around. My blood pressure is down, no more allergies, my skin looks better and I just feel a lot healthier. If you want information on this chocolate e-mail at xocaibiz@hotmail.com and I will tell you even more.

Further to the topic, chocolates still bad for our health. It is not a healthy food for us what ever contents has the chocolates have. There are still some unhealthy ingredients that makes the chocolate tasty. This is in reply to the above comment. Yes, it is true that a lot of chocolate, even dark can be unhealthy for you I have found a chocolate that is just the opposite. It is VERY healthy for you because unlike the store bought chocolate, where there is added sugar, wax, preservative etc. this chocolate is all natual and not processed, or cooked. And it is GREAT tasting also. It also contains the Acai Berry, something Oprah said is good for you! The name of the chocolate is Xocai and if you want to know more about it e-mail me at xocaibiz@hotmail.com and I will let you know where you can get some.

Just as/like not all chocolates are created equal...not all coconut oil is unhealthy... Have you heard of the benefits of VCO (virgin coconut oil)?

The healthiest food in the world is 70% dark chocolate. It has more antioxidants than the acai berry! If you want to know more you can google "dark chocolate studies." If you want to capitalize on the #1 superfood in the world, which combines raw cocoa and acai, I suggest www.superfoodbiz.com
